How Ordering Works
All work is custom made to order. To begin, request a quote with your ideas, dimensions, and finish preferences. We’ll confirm details, provide pricing and an estimated timeline, then start once you approve.
Pickup & delivery
- Local pickup can be arranged when your piece is ready.
- Shipping is available for most items via trusted carriers with tracking. Rates depend on size, weight, and destination.
- Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Lead times & estimates
Timeframes vary based on design complexity and current workload. Your quote will include an estimated completion and delivery window.
Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee.
Changes, cancellations & returns
- Because each item is made to your specifications, orders can’t be canceled once work has begun.
- No general returns on custom items. If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right (repair, replacement, or a suitable solution).
Packaging & care
Pieces are packed securely to protect the finish in transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival and retain packaging until any issue is resolved.
