Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee.

• Because each item is made to your specifications, orders can’t be canceled once work has begun.
• No general returns on custom items. If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right (repair, replacement, or a suitable solution).

Pieces are packed securely to protect the finish in transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival and retain packaging until any issue is resolved.
